Subcontractors

 

In order for Alder Homes, Inc. to remain in compliance with federal, state and local government regulations, as well as the requirements of our insurance carrier, all subcontractors are required to provide the following documentation to our business office prior to receiving any compensation for work performed in the construction of any Alder Homes project:

1.  Certificate of Insurance.  (This must be provided to us directly from your insurance agent and you must maintain general liability and worker's compensation coverage.)

2.  Contractor License.

3.  Tradesman License. (If applicable, for your trade.)

4.  Fully executed Indemnification Agreement. (Available from our business office.)

5.  Fully executed IRS Form W-9. (Available from our business office.)
